Four steps to make an online return / exchange

What are your shipping policies?
We offer FREE 2nd Day Ground shipping via USPS for all domestic U.S. orders above $50.00. For domestic orders below $50.00, we offer 2nd Day Ground shipping via USPS for a flat fee of $5.95. Domestic orders will be delivered within 1-4 business days (estimated) if your order is received by 3:00 pm EST. Orders received after 3:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic special cases:
• Orders destined for P.O. Boxes will have same shipment time as regular domestic orders
• Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO are delivered within 7 business days from shipment (estimated).
• Orders destined for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are delivered within 7 business days from shipment (estimated).
We also offer an Overnight delivery option for a flat rate of $20.00 for domestic orders. Orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 3:00 pm EST. Orders received after 3:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day. We cannot offer overnight shipments to P.O Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number. Follow the link in the email to track your order and check the estimated arrival date.
We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. However, all delivery timelines are estimates only and are subject to change. Holiday processing and shipping time may change. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Some items sold by ILMAKIAGE.COM require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipping for these items is dictated by these regulations and therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.
We offer an international delivery option for a flat rate of $20.00 for all international shipments. International orders will be delivered within 7-14 business days (estimated) and will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 3:00 pm EST. Orders received after 3:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Some items sold by ILMAKIAGE.COM require special handling as specified by country-specific regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipping for these items is dictated by these regulations and therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.

What are your return and exchange policies?
At IL MAKIAGE, your satisfaction is a guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased online from ILMAKIAGE.COM and wish to return it, you may return, within thirty (30) calendar days from the purchase date, the unused portion for refund.
Please note that sale merchandise is final sale. We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
Return process for products purchased online from ILMAKIAGE.COM:
FREE shipping returns:
• Go to return page to complete the return form and to print the prepaid label.
• Carefully pack the items into a box or well-padded envelope. Seal the box and affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.
• Drop your return off to the courier that is specified on your return label. Please note: the package may not make it back to us if dropped with the wrong courier.
• It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit. Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable. We do not accept returns of products shipped internationally.
In-store return or exchange: unfortunately, at this point we do not offer return or exchange of merchandise purchased online from ILMAKIAGE.COM at our free-standing IL MAKIAGE Boutiques.

What should I do if I received damaged goods?
If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
How Does Try Before You Buy Work?
The Try Before you Buy product ordered is yours to try free for 14 days. Add it to your routine, layer with your favorite products and go do your thing. If you decide to keep it, you’ll be charged 14 days after your delivery date. Free returns and exchanges must also be done within those 14 days.
The way the Try Before You Buy program works is that you have 14 days to try your product at home for free. We only charge shipping fee ($5) when you place the order. If you love your product, which we know you will, you just keep it and after the 14 days are up, we will charge the full price of the product as well. If you don't love it and return it to us before the 14 days are up, there will be no additional charge aside from the initial $5 shipping fee, and it’ll be like the trial never even happened.

- For first time exchanges: Your exchange order with fall under our Try Before You Buy return & exchange policy and your 14-day period will start over from the date your exchange order is delivered.
- For additional exchanges (if any): Your exchange order will fall under our standard order return & exchange policy.
Alternatively, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery by visiting ilmakiage.com/return . After you've completed the request, you’ll be able to download a pre-paid return shipping label. We will process your return and cancel your Try Before Buying order. Shipping is non-refundable for Try Before Buying orders.
Please note that IL MAKIAGE is not responsible for any returned packages that are shipped without the provided prepaid return shipping label.
Note that for HIGHBROW and POWERBROW returns are only allowed for the entire kit.
For Try Before You Buy orders, we accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, JCB credit and debit cards.
Try Before You Buy orders cannot be combined with regular orders or with another Try Before you Buy order.
For Try Before You Buy orders, your shipping fees will be charged upon placing your order. Shipping is limited to standard domestic option only and your order will be processed same day if received by 3PM EST or next business day if received after 3PM .
