Returns and Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
You have sixty (60) calendar days from the purchase date to return your product and qualify for a refund.
If you have any further enquiries regarding your specific return period, please contact us.
Returns / Exchanges are free and easy – all you need is a printer!
Discounted merchandise or orders placed using an e-gift code are not eligible for exchange. Returns will only be refunded the amount paid after the applied e-gift card (excluding shipping costs, which are always non-refundable). Once an e-gift code is applied at checkout, it’s considered redeemed and cannot be reactivated or replaced. All free orders are final sale (no returns or exchanges) and we do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.

We offer FREE shipping via Royal Mail or all orders above £50 GBP. For orders below £50 GBP, we offer shipping via Royal Mail for a flat fee of £3.95 GBP. Orders shipped domestically will be delivered within 1-4 working days (estimated). Orders shipped from our international warehouses are subject to longer shipping times (but no additional taxes or fees will apply!).

We aim to have orders received by 2:00 pm GMT processed to be packed and dispatched the same day the order is placed.
Any orders received after 2:00 pm GMT will be processed on the next business day.
Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number. Follow the link in the email to track your order and check the estimated arrival date.
Orders will be delivered within 1 - 4 working days (estimated).
We do our best to estimate delivery time accurately. However, all delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to change.
A few select items may require shipment from abroad. While you won’t be charged extra international shipping or customs fees, these orders may take a little while longer to get to your doorstep. Good things come to those that wait, babes!

To see your loved Looks, simply log in to your account and head to your wishlist.
HELP! MY LOOKS ARE GONE!
Oh no! To ensure all of your ‘Loved Looks’ stay put, create an account so you can go back and look at your ‘Loved Looks’ whenever you want and on any of your devices. You never know when inspiration will strike.
WHAT HAPPENS IF PART OF THE LOOK I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?
We try to restock our products as quickly as possible so you never have to wait! If for some reason an item is out of stock, it will say so when you try to add the item to your cart. Please contact us if you’d like a recommendation for a similar product that’s available now or check back and we will update the status as soon as it is restocked!

HOW DO I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Due to how quickly our distribution center works, we cannot cancel or edit orders once they’re placed.
It’s a blessing and a curse in situations like these — you get your products quickly but we’re unable to cancel, as your order is immediately processed, picked, and packed.
If your shipping information is incorrect, please contact us and we will try our best to update your shipping information.

This is entirely up to your financial provider. Your bank or financial institution may take 2-10 days to reflect a refund or return transaction.

Most banks are willing to work with you on a solution, however, we are only able to refund payments to the card on file at the time of checkout. We cannot process a refund to a new card or by other methods, such as a check.

- E-gift codes can be applied to new IL MAKIAGE purchases only
- Orders purchased using an e-gift code are not eligible for exchange
- Orders purchase using an e-gift code are eligible for a refund of the amount paid after the code is applied (not including shipping charges, which are always non-refundable) if returned within the return period
- E-gift codes cannot be extended, replaced, reactivated, or combined
- E-gift codes cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts
- E-gift codes are not eligible on any quiz-based or Try Before You Buy orders
- E-gift codes cannot be applied to future Try Before You Buy or Auto-Replenishment charges/orders
- E-gift codes cannot be used on limited edition or collaboration products
- E-gift codes are eligible for use one time only, so be sure to use the full amount at one time

From within your cart: :
- Add desired items to your cart directly (make sure you don’t add them after taking a quiz, as codes are not valid towards quiz-based purchases)

- Add your e-gift code (we recommend copying and pasting it to avoid any errors)
- Ensure no spaces are included before or after your code
- Click “Apply” and check the message in pink to confirm your code was successfully applied
At checkout:
- Add desired items to your cart directly (make sure you don’t add them after taking a quiz, as codes are not valid towards quiz-based purchases)

CAN I USE MULTIPLE PROMOTION CODES AT ONE TIME?
Only one promotional (promo), discount, store credit, or e-gift code can be used at a time. These can’t be combined or used together.
CAN I APPLY MY E-GIFT CODE TO MY TRY BEFORE YOU BUY OR AUTO-REPLENISHMENT?
E-gift codes can only be used towards new orders. E-gift codes cannot be applied to a current Try Before You Buy order or any future auto-replenishment orders.

WHAT IS AUTO-REPLENISHMENT?
We know you’re in high demand, so we want to make receiving some of your must-have products as easy as possible! Our Auto-Replenishment option will automatically send you your products based on your chosen frequency (2, 3 or 4 months).
Our self-service process is simple and straightforward – any changes you need to make can be made online from your account. The best part? You get free shipping, 20% off and a free gift for every delivery after your first, so we’re saving you time AND money. We got you, b.

HOW DOES AUTO-REPLENISHMENT WORK AND HOW DO I SIGN UP?
1. Quiz Me – Take our concealer or foundation shade matching quiz and get matched with your perfect shade.
2. Schedule It – Choose the Auto-Replenishment option at checkout and pick how often you want to receive your product.
3. Treat Yo’self – Checkout with your order as usual and wait for your brand-new product to arrive. You will save 20% on every Auto-Replenishment order after your first order.
After you complete the quiz and receive your results, you will be sent to checkout. While you’re checking out, simply be sure to opt into ‘Auto-Replenishment” and choose your preferred shipment frequency. Checkout as usual. We will safely store your shipping, billing, and payment information in your account for future deliveries.
If you don’t already have an account with us, after opting into Auto-Replenishment, you will get an email with your temporary password and you’ll be able to easily set up your account.
Love it and keep it? Your Auto-Replenishment will kick in going forward. Not for you? Return your product within the return window and we’ll automatically cancel the Auto-Replenishment as well. If you return within the return window, you’ll be refunded for your first order.
You won’t be charged for future Auto-Replenishment orders at the time of check-out – you will only be charged for the shipping and your first order upfront. After your return period ends, your auto-replenishment will kick in. You will be charged for each Auto-Replenishment order at the future date when it ships. Change your preferences any time in the “MY ACCOUNT” section of our site.

You can edit the details of your next Auto-Replenishment order until 24 hours before it ships. You will be notified of the change via email.
HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY AUTO-REPLENISHMENT ORDER PREFERENCES?
Managing your Auto-Replenishment is quick and easy. You can change your shipment date, skip a delivery, change your frequency, or even cancel Auto-Replenishment altogether by logging into your account on ilmakiage.com. Head to “MY ACCOUNT” and then click on the “MY AUTO-REPLENISHMENT” page.
Change an order date:
Go to the “MY ACCOUNT” page on ilmakiage.com. Click on the “MY AUTO-REPLENISHMENT” tab. Once in the tab, you will find an option to “EDIT DELIVERY DATE” on the upper righthand corner of your “UPCOMING SHIPMENTS” page. Once within that option, you can choose the date you would like to receive your next order. Press “SAVE SHIPMENT DATE” to save your new preferences.
Skip a delivery:
Go to the “MY ACCOUNT” page on ilmakiage.com. Click on the “MY AUTO-REPLENISHMENT” tab. Once in the tab, you will find an option to “SKIP ORDER” on the upper righthand corner of your “UPCOMING SHIPMENTS” page. Once within that option press “SKIP SHIPMENT” to save your new preferences.
Change quantity:
Go to the “MY ACCOUNT” page on ilmakiage.com. Click on the “MY AUTO-REPLENISHMENT” tab. Once in the tab, you will see “Sending” with a number in a dropdown box. You can choose the amount that you would like to receive, and it will automatically save your preferences.
Change frequency:
Go to the “MY ACCOUNT” page on ilmakiage.com. Click on the “MY AUTO-REPLENISHMENT” tab. Once in the tab, you will see “every” with a number in a dropdown box. You can change the frequency of your delivery to 2, 3, or 4 months, and it will automatically save your preferences.
Cancel or pause auto-delivery:
Go to the “MY ACCOUNT” page on ilmakiage.com. Click on the “MY AUTO-REPLENISHMENT” tab. Once in the tab, under where you edit the quantity and frequency, you will find options to cancel (permanently) or pause (temporarily) your auto-replenishment. If you choose to cancel, please choose a reason for cancellation and then click “CANCEL AUTO-REPLENISHMENT”. If you choose to pause, please select the date that you would like your shipments to resume from the calendar and then click “PAUSE AUTO-REPLENISHMENT”.
HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY AUTO-REPLENISHMENT ACCOUNT INFORMATION?
Head to ilmakiage.com and log into your account by clicking the “LOGIN” button at the upper right corner.
Update your address, billing information, etc. from within the “MY ACCOUNT” or “MY AUTO-REPLENISHMENT” tab.
WHEN ARE MY FUTURE DELIVERIES?
You can view and manage all future deliveries in the “MY AUTO-REPLENISHMENT” tab within “MY ACCOUNT” on ilmakiage.com.

Your first and every future Auto-Replenishment order will be under our regular 30-day exchange and return policy.

HOW DO I RETURN MY AUTO-REPLENISHMENT ORDER?
Your first order, and your subsequent orders are under our normal return and exchange policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product for your money back or to exchange it for another shade of the same product. Please head here to download a prepaid return label. Returning any subsequent orders after your initial order will not automatically cancel your Auto-Replenishment.
