If you have registered, you can follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and logging into MY ACCOUNT followed by MY ORDERS. Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number. Follow the link in the email to track your order and check the estimated arrival date. When I place a product in my shopping cart, does it mean the items are available?
Item availability is checked before added to the shopping cart, but is subjected to final check during the checkout process.
Is gift wrapping available?
Gift boxes are complimentary with all orders. All items are packaged in a luxury box. Items are placed on a logo-printed tissue paper and shredded tissue paper, sealed with a custom symbol wax adhesive, and packaged in our signature IL MAKIAGE black bubble mailer.
Is sales tax applied to my order?
IL MAKIAGE charges state, local and county taxes for online transactions based on shipping address and as required by applicable laws.
Shipping and Returns
What are your shipping policies?
We offer FREE 2nd Day Ground shipping via USPS for all domestic U.S. orders above $40.00. For domestic orders below $40.00, we offer 2nd Day Ground shipping via USPS for a flat fee of $5.95. Domestic orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days (estimated) if your order is received by 3:00 pm EST. Orders received after 3:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic special cases:
• Orders destined for P.O. Boxes will have same shipment time as regular domestic orders
• Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO are delivered within 7 business days from shipment (estimated).
• Orders destined for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are delivered within 7 business days from shipment (estimated).
We also offer an Overnight delivery option for a flat rate of $20.00 for domestic orders. Orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 3:00 pm EST. Orders received after 3:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day. We cannot offer overnight shipments to P.O Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Holiday processing and shipping time may change. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Some items sold by ILMAKIAGE.COM require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipping for these items is dictated by these regulations and therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.
We offer an international delivery option for a flat rate of $20.00 for all international shipments. International orders will be delivered within 7-14 business days (estimated) and will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 3:00 pm EST. Orders received after 3:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Some items sold by ILMAKIAGE.COM require special handling as specified by country-specific regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipping for these items is dictated by these regulations and therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.

What are your return policies?
At IL MAKIAGE, your satisfaction is a guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased online from ILMAKIAGE.COM and wish to return it, you may return, within thirty (30) calendar days from the purchase date, the unused portion for refund.
Please note that sale merchandise is final sale. We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
Return process for products purchased online from ILMAKIAGE.COM:
FREE shipping returns:
• Go to return page to complete and print your Return Form and to print the Prepaid Return Label (provided via United States Postal Service).
• Carefully pack items into a box or a well-padded envelop and include the Return Form. Seal the box and affix the Prepaid Return Label to the outside.
• Drop the box or envelop off anywhere in the U.S. post offices or pickup locations.
• It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit. Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable.
In-store return or exchange: unfortunately, at this point we do not offer return or exchange of merchandise purchased online from ILMAKIAGE.COM at our free-standing IL MAKIAGE Boutiques.

All items purchased from an IL MAKIAGE Boutique or at ILMAKIAGE.COM are guaranteed authentic. Merchandise purchased from other websites or unauthorized dealers cannot be verified. Please contact our customer service for more information.
Does IL MAKIAGE test on animals?
No. We never test products or ingredients on animals, nor do we allow suppliers or affiliates to conduct testing on our behalf.
Do IL MAKIAGE products contain parabens?
IL MAKAIGE products are paraben-free (and phthalate-free, too)
