What are your shipping policies?
We offer FREE shipping via USPS for all U.S. Orders (First Class for orders below 1lb and Priority Mail for orders above 1lb). Your order will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days from shipment (estimated). Please allow additional 1-2 business days for your order to process.
• Orders destined for P.O. Boxes may take up to 14 business days from shipment (estimated).
• Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date from shipment (estimated).
• Please note that delivery for some locations in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take up to 14 business days from shipment (estimated).
We also offer an Overnight delivery option for a flat rate of $20.00. Orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 3:00 pm EST. Orders received after 3:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. We cannot offer overnight shipments to P.O Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. However, All delivery timelines are estimates only and are subject to change. Holiday processing and shipping time may change. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation.
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number. Follow the link in the email to track your order and check the estimated arrival date.
Some items sold by ILMAKIAGE.COM require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipping for these items is dictated by these regulations and therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.
We regret that we are unable to ship restricted (hazmat) items to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently unable to accept orders shipping to destinations outside of the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Do I have to sign for my package upon arrival?
What are your return and exchange policies?
No.At IL MAKIAGE, your satisfaction is a guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased online from ILMAKIAGE.COM you may return, within sixty (60) calendar days from the purchase date, the unused portion for exchange or refund. Please note that sale merchandise is final sale. We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
There are two ways to return or exchange product(s) purchased online from ILMAKIAGE.COM:
1. In-store return or exchange: visit any free-standing IL MAKIAGE Boutique to return an item purchased online from ILMAKIAGE.COM within 60 days of purchase. Please bring with you the original receipt.
2. FREE shipping returns:
• Go to return page to complete and print your Return Form and to print the Prepaid Return Label (provided via United States Postal Service).
• Carefully pack items into a box or a well-padded envelop and include the Return Form. Seal the box and affix the Prepaid Return Label to the outside.
• Drop the box or envelop off anywhere in the U.S. post offices or pickup locations.
• It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit. Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable.

What should I do if I received damaged goods?
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact our customer care service at email@example.com or call 1-855-558-7570
