If you're receiving that month’s Encore Box, you’ll be charged $72 + taxes. If you decide to skip that month, you won’t be charged.- After your initial trial period, your Encore Box is non-refundable but one-time exchanges are permitted.
- After your initial trial period, your Encore Box subscription will continue unless cancelled in your Account before you are charged on the 6th of each month
