1ST OF EACH MONTH Get a reminder email from us that your Encore Box is shipping soon.
1ST – 5TH OF EACH MONTH Make your product selections or skip that month’s box.
Pro-tip: plan ahead with our exclusive Encore Box wishlist – the top 2 products from your wishlist will be auto-added to your box each month. And you can still modify the products before the box ships!
6TH OF EACH MONTH If you're receiving that month’s Encore Box, you’ll be charged $72 + taxes. If you decide to skip that month, you won’t be charged.
After your initial trial period, your Encore Box is non-refundable but one-time exchanges are permitted.
After your initial trial period, your Encore Box subscription will continue unless cancelled in your Account before you are charged on the 6th of each month
